I’m Dr. Munira Mehta, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve spent time in the traditional healthcare system, you may have noticed a common experience: a quick, five-minute appointment, where your doctor is expected to get your entire health history, gather all of your symptoms, and offer the best next steps.
But even the best doctors can’t truly understand your whole story in that amount of time, and I believe you deserve more than that.

That’s why I joined Complete Medicine in 2024. Here, I have the opportunity to provide a more holistic, personalized experience. In partnership with you, I’ll work to understand not only your symptoms but also your lifestyle, goals, and challenges to help find a health-focused approach that works for your everyday life.
Together, we’ll focus on more than just managing symptoms—I’ll be here to help you find balance, confidence, and well-being every step of the way.
