Initial Visit: $600

All new patients receive a 1 hour initial consultation with their physician and unlimited visits, phone calls, communication on your behalf (to insurance, other physicians, etc), texts and emails for the following 1 month.

All patients also receive deeply discounted labs and imaging.

Follow Up Options:

1. Membership (most popular): $300/month

2. Consultation: We understand that not all patients who need an endocrinologist need a full membership. For patients who expect to be seen less than 2x/year and need minimal communication between visits, using our consultation model my make the best sense. Patients can still enjoy our physician, deeply discounted labs and imaging and the convenience of our clinic in an a la carte fashion.

Follow up visit: $400 for 30 minute follow up 

Calls, texts, emails, orders, paperwork and calls on patients behalf will be billed by time spent
